- Support the management and growth of the telematics program
- Responsible for managing multiple telematics initiatives and workstreams within the Connect Assets program
- Responsible for asset provisioning and deactivations
- Assisting with documenting procedures
- Conduct telematics product support and investigations
- Responsible for site monitoring
- Fort Mill, SC - On-site
- Bachelors or Associates degree in STEM or Business disciplines or relevant work experience
- Analytics background with core strengths including strong organization skills, data entry, and aptitude to learn new skills quickly on the job
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to review, evaluate, and interpret data
- Strong documentation sills are required
- 1 years of telematics experience is preferred
- Experience with asset provisioning and deactivation is preferred
